Quick Update

It’s been a short while since I blogged here, so why not give everyone a quick update on how things are going.

Last week, I played a private house concert out in Freehold, NJ, hosted by my very good friend, George Dierna.  It happened to be last Saturday, when the metropolitan area got hit with some rough weather, so the timing was not good.  Fortunately, I nevertheless had a decent turnout and those who attended had a great time (myself included).  I was, once again, accompanied by my friend and renowned classical pianist, Alan Wasserman.  We played most of the tracks from my A Better Life CD and also played a few new songs that will likely appear on my next album.  We closed with a cover of Ripple by The Grateful Dead, a nice way to end the show.  Thereafter, most of the attendees hung around for a few hours as we feasted on wine and cheese (well, not me, but everyone else did), pate and heavenly desserts.  Thanks to all who braved the rough weather to attend, and special thanks to George for being such a great host as always!

There will be more news to come!  2009 should be an exciting year!

Hey, now that sounds like a good excuse to come down again - for a Scott Krokoff concert at George’s house - so when’s the next concert?

    Пожалуй, я соглашусь с вашим мнением…
